Basic Instructions:
• 250g (8.82 oz) sausage, such as Bratwurst or Ring Bologna
Preparation:
- Fry the sausage in hot oil over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat, take out the sausage, cut it into slices and keep warm.
- Pour 190 ml (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) of water into the pan. Stir in the contents of the package, bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for approximately 1 minute.
- Pour the sauce over the sliced sausage and serve immediately.
💡 Serving Tip: Serve with French fries for a classic curry sausage meal.
